Complete Building Control Ltd is a newly formed Corporate Approved Inspector, approved and regulated by the Construction Industry Council (CIC). Our employees have many years of experience in the Building Control industry and have been involved in many large construction projects. Our network of surveyors across England and Wales allows us to deliver a tailored service and respond to our client’s specific needs. As a minimum our service would include pre-application discussions with the design team and relevant authorities, submission of legal documentation to the local authority, formal consultations with fire and sewage authorities as required, a formal plan checking procedure, a site inspection regime and associated certification at the end of the project.
